We aim to respond within 24 hours. For safety reports, please include the username and a screenshot.
LETS has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior.
Pornographic, sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, or illegal content is not allowed. Any sexual content involving minors is illegal and will be reported to law enforcement.
Tap the report button on any profile, post, or message. Reports are anonymous to the reported user.
Open a user's profile or a chat, tap the menu, and choose Block. Blocked users can no longer message you or see your content.
We review every report and remove objectionable content and offending users within 24 hours.
Photos and text are automatically scanned for inappropriate content before they appear.
Tap the report button (flag icon) on any profile, post, or message in the app. Reports are anonymous to the reported user and reviewed by our team within 24 hours.
Open the person's profile or your chat with them, tap the menu (•••), and choose Block. They will no longer be able to message you or see your content.
Go to the Profile tab and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, events, messages, and activity from our servers. It cannot be undone.
On the welcome screen, choose Restore and enter your email. We email you a confirmation code to sign back in.
